NAI Hiffman represented Ashley Capital, a privately-held real estate investment company, in its new lease with Grand Warehouse Logistics Corp. for 83,115 square feet of industrial space in Chicago.
The building is located at 1401-1505 E. 96th St. in the 2.2 million-square-foot Calumet Business Center, a rail-served industrial park on Chicago’s south side. Grand Warehouse Logistics Corp. is a family owned and operated public warehouse and distribution center; Grand Warehouse Logistics Corp. selected the facility to serve clients that operate within Calumet Business Center.
