Centene Corporation expands lease at 999 Oakmont Plaza Drive

NAI Hiffman recently represented ownership of 999 Oakmont Plaza Drive in its 40,521-square-foot office lease renewal and expansion with healthcare service provider Centene Corporation in Westmont. The 117,841-square-foot building currently has availabilities ranging in size from 2,800 to 31,781 square feet.

One Oakmont Plaza is a Class A, six-story office building offering upscale finishes and amenities such as covered parking, a new deli, tenant lounge and a state-of-the-art conferencing facility. Located directly off of Route 83, it also offers numerous restaurants, hotels and other business services within close proximity. The property is professionally managed by NAI Hiffman.
