Located at 2020-2040 W. Ogden Ave., the two Class-A medical office buildings provide physicians with suites ranging in size from 1,500 to 5,000 square feet. Situated on 98 acres of landscape, Rush-Copley Medical Center is considered to be one of the most state-of-the-art healthcare facilities in Illinois.
While Physician Office Building I is fully leased, the NAI Hiffman leasing team of Brian Edgerton, vice president, and Mike Van Zandt, executive vice president, will market existing availabilities at Physician Office Building II.

The group has collectively completed over 162,000 square feet of medical office transactions with a total value of over $16.1 million. Other notable clients include Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc., Stage Equity Partners, and Med Properties Group, among others.
