NAI Hiffman recently represented ownership of 999 Oakmont Plaza Drive with two leases in Westmont, Illinois. Centene, a leading multi-line healthcare enterprise, expanded its current lease. The company first signed its lease at the building in 2011 and has expanded twice in that time. New tenant, AuctionsByCellular, a mobile bidding software designed for charities and nonprofits, also signed a lease at the building and will occupy early this summer.
The 117,841-square-foot building only has two remaining vacancies including the entire second floor consisting of 22,648 square feet and a first floor suite consisting of 3,538 square feet. One Oakmont Plaza is a Class A, 6-story office building located in the prominent East-West Corridor.
